Sales Policy All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Prices are firm unless otherwise marked. 2. Payment Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Zelle. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. A valid photo ID may be required for certain transactions. 3. Pickup & Removal Buyers are responsible for packing, moving, and loading their own items. Staff is not responsible for assisting with lifting or transporting. All purchased items must be removed by the end of the final sale day unless prior arrangements are made. 4. Liability Shoppers enter at their own risk. Clean Out App and Houseware Thrift Store are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damages that occur on the premises. 5. Conduct No early entry before posted sale hours. No holding of items without payment. Any attempt to shoplift or tamper with prices will result in removal from the sale. 6.
